software industry, career, hope ,satisfaction etc.

Hi everyone this is probably a blog not many will find interesting...today we got our salary n it's pretty less than expected ...every person in our office was so frustrated with this they are thinking of other career options...suddenly all realized that they are not happy...the job is not challenging ...nobody is there to reward you for your good work ...so on and on...suddenly everyone is finding all the flows in the company and feeling the heat..for me I always thought of these things money doesn't get any new reason for me...I always have felt this industry is not for someone who has talent it's for someone who has dogmatic character...
if someone is inside this industry finding satisfaction I would say he lacks something so he has to stay contended...a life with no time to spare for family or friends...the most busiest person is the earth...but what does a software engineer do?I am telling you the answer....he counts the grass in a playing field where one side is ending and another one just starting to grow...so goes on counting....any guess why?he is getting paid man!!a hefty salary!!!
i think i have already written a very big blog...i will like to end with a famous quote i heard somewhere...software engineers are like fighter pilots running autorikshas....n hey there are many autoriksha drivers are also there

well hello every1..writing a blog for d first time..hope it's doesnot sound as boring as boring I am fearing that it may turned out to be..

what should I write?Lemme begin with something that I am really close to...ideology and me?where do I stand in my battle with my ideology and me?Am I doing everything to my own liking or my heart desire or I am doing something for the sake of some greed(may be of my own,some demands from near one's or society).One of my friend suggested that day that we engineers are nothing but a set of greedy people who doesn't have a morale with him nor does he have a clear motivation towards any social issues....what we want is money,pleasure ,porch cars,vacation abroad........we are being made like an animal with all those pleasure do we really have a human side in us?Actually I was surprised to hear that from him.I never really expected him to have a human side to him....I donno what should I answer him.But his question seriously popped up a new question to my mind...what can we possibly do towards a society?then he suggested he wants to sponsor one poor student for all his studylife..is it proper to do?I thought it will be the best option to know our social settings right before making a move towards reaching peoples ....anyways for starting I think he has a great idea.
but that should not be the end...it should only be the indicator for whats ahead in our journey towards humanity...the journey where we already find ourself legging behind or lost somewhere...
I guess it's now becoming true..probably becoming a little boring for people if someone is actually reading it..hmm..anyone reading please comment..
